Winter AAU - Girls
5th-8th Grade Girls
Competitive travel teams for 5th-8th graders (October-January).
Teams will practice twice per week and attend 5 tournaments.
Tryouts: Monday, September 11th
- 5th-6th Grade Girls: 6:00-7:00pm
- 7th-8th Grade Girls: 7:30-8:30pm

Middle School Program Includes:
- October-January season
- Experienced coaching staff
- Regional tournament schedule
- 5 competitive AAU events
- Two 90-minute weekly practices
- Leadership Day at Summit (Five Star's 350-Acre Training Facility)
- Five Star Life's Leadership, Character, and Mindset Curriculum
- Uniform (jersey + shorts)
- Flexible with school sports schedules
